Haddon模型在新冠肺炎疫情病案管理中的应用

病案资料作为新冠肺炎病毒传播载体往往易于被忽视,为医院内部疫情防控带来一定的安全隐患。伤害流行病学从科学防疫的管理角度分析各媒介因子的影响,有效降低医务人员工作中的暴露风险。以伤害流行病学视角出发,构建Haddon模型,分析病案管理流程中存在的风险隐患,通过完善病案管理应急方案,促进医院内部疫情防控体系建设。回顾相关理论,结合疫情期间病案管理工作实践经验,提出以下3方面管理策略,疫情发生前阶段:结合流行病调查信息及时做好病历模板更新的需求分析,建立疫情期特殊病例数据存储、病案存放应急管理机制。发生阶段:优化病案管理流程、完善应急预案,降低传播风险。发生后阶段:重新评估不同病案管理流程的暴露风险,建立病案风险分类管理,完善特殊环境下病案签名制度。

Application of Haddon Model in Medical Record Management of COVID-19

As vectors of COVID-19 virus transmission, medical records are often easily ignored, which brings certain safety risks to the prevention and control of coVID-19 in hospitals. Injury epidemiology analyzes the influence of various vector factors from the perspective of scientific epidemic prevention management, which can effectively reduce the exposure risk of medical staff. From the perspective of injury epidemiology, the Haddon model was constructed to analyze the risks and hidden dangers existing in the medical record management process, and to improve the emergency plan of medical record management to promote the construction of the epidemic prevention and control system within the hospital. Based on the relevant theories and the practical experience of medical record management during the epidemic period, the following three management strategies were put forward. The pre-epidemic stage was as follows: combining the epidemiological investigation information, the demand analysis of timely updating of medical record template was made, and the emergency management mechanism of special case data storage and medical record storage was established. Occurrence stage: optimize the medical record management process and perfect the emergency plan as the starting point of management to reduce the risk of communication. Post-occurrence stage: re-evaluate the exposure risks of different medical record management processes, establish categorized medical record risk management, and improve the medical record signature system under special circumstances.
