健脾养胃护肝法治疗小儿脾胃病思路探析

目的:对健脾养胃护肝法治疗小儿脾胃病的思路进行探析。方法:根据小儿脾胃生理、病理特点、病因病机总结治疗方法,并对健脾养胃护肝法治疗小儿脾胃病的观点进行分析,并附验案佐证。结果:小儿脾胃具有“脾常不足”的生理特点,病理特点为易寒易热、易虚易实。小儿脾胃疾病的诱因多由喂养不当、久病损伤或先天不足,其主要病机为脾失健运、脾湿胃燥、脾化胃纳等功能失调,脾胃受损后会衍生许多相关疾病。将治疗脾胃疾病的总的治疗方法归纳为健脾养胃护肝法,并可根据患儿的具体病情分为多种治法如健脾、运脾、补脾、泻肝、疏肝、清胃、和胃、降逆等。并根据上述治疗方法可应用于鹅口疮、腹痛、厌食症等病症的治疗中,且获得验证。结论:对小儿脾胃病采用健脾养胃护肝法治疗,具有显著的效果。

Exploration and analysis of thoughts on treating infantile Spleen and Stomach diseases by strengthening the spleen and stomach and protecting Liver

Objective:To explore the ideas of strengthening the spleen,nourishing the stomach and protecting the liver to treat children with spleen and stomach diseases.Methods:Summarize the treatment methods based on the physiology and pathological characteristics of children’s spleen and stomach,etiology and pathogenesis,and analyze the viewpoints of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach and protecting the liver to treat children’s spleen and stomach diseases,and attaching evidence.Results:The spleen and stomach in children have the physiological characteristics of“spleen insufficiency”,and the pathological characteristics are easy to cold and easy to heat,easy to be weak and hard.The causes of spleen and stomach diseases in children are mostly improper feeding,chronic injury or congenital insufficiency.The main pathogenesis is dysfunction of the spleen,dampness of the spleen,dryness of the spleen and stomach,and spleen and stomach.The general treatment methods for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases are summarized as strengthening the spleen,nourishing the stomach and protecting the liver,and can be divided into a variety of treatment methods such as strengthening the spleen,mobilizing the spleen,strengthening the spleen,purging the liver,soothing the liver,and clearing Stomach,Stomach,Jiangni,etc.And according to the above treatment method,it can be applied to the treatment of thrush,abdominal pain,anorexia and other diseases,and has been verified.Conclusion:The method of strengthening the spleen and nourishing the stomach and protecting the liver is used to treat children with spleen and stomach disease,which has a significant effect.
