枸橼酸钾溶液中枸橼酸钾含量测定方法的改进

摘    要:目的改进枸橼酸钾溶液中枸橼酸钾含量测定方法。方法采用pH指示剂吸光度比值法,测定波长为431nm,547nm。结果线性关系良好,r=0.9991,平均回收率为99.82%,RSD=0.78%。与离子交换后的中和滴定法比较,测定结果差异无统计学意义。结论方法准确度高,简便,快速,适用于医院制剂的快速分析。

Abstract:Objective Improving the determination method of potassium citrate in potassium citrate solution. Methods pH indicator absorbance ratio method was used. The absorbance was measured at 431 nm and 547nm. Results The method was linear and reproducible (r = 0. 9991, n = 8 ). The average recovery was 99. 82% with relative standard deviation of 0.78% . The results obtained by using pH indicator absorbance ratio method and neutralization after ion exchanging method were not statistically significant. Conclusion The method is accurate, simple and rapid. It is suitable for the rapid analysis of hospital preparation.
