摘    要:
目的探讨丰富环境干预对短暂性全脑缺血大鼠海马形态学的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠分组建立短暂性全脑缺血模型,进行丰富环境干预,进行大鼠海马形态学分析。结果 HE染色显示,与IS组相比,IE组海马CA1区组织的病理损伤明显减轻。锥体神经元排列较规则,肿胀、固缩及脱失神经元数目较少。Nissl染色显示,IS组海马细胞层数减少,神经元细胞间隙变大,排列稀疏,细胞形态异常,尼氏体大量脱失,染色浅谈且出现较多空白区;IE组海马区仅见少量神经元缺失及胶质增生,但细胞形态基本正常,细胞排列较为整齐,尼氏体较清晰。结论丰富环境干预可以改善脑缺血大鼠海马的病理损伤程度。

Abstract:
