CyclinD1在卵巢癌中的表达及其意义

目的探讨CyclinD1在卵巢癌中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测不同卵巢组织（正常卵巢、良性肿瘤各10例，卵巢恶性肿瘤40例）中CyclinD1的表达，并分析其表达高低与卵巢癌临床病理特征的相关性。结果(1)CyclinD1在卵巢癌组织中的阳性表达率达82.5%，其中强阳性表达率为65.0%，明显高于正常卵巢及良性肿瘤组织(P＜0.05)。(2)CyclinD1强阳性表达与卵巢癌的淋巴结转移显著相关(P＜0.05)，而与肿瘤临床分期、组织学分级及病理类型等无关(P＞0.05)。结论CyclinD1在卵巢恶性肿瘤的病理过程中起重要作用，有望成为卵巢癌诊断及转移监测的有价值指标之一。

A Study on Exprenssion of CyclinD1 in Ovarian Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

Objective To investigate the expression of CyclinD1 in epithelial ovarian cancer and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of CyclinD1 in different types of ovarian tissues including normal, benign and malignant tissues, was examined by immunohistochemistry , and the correlation of its overexpression with clinical stage, histological types, grades and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer was also analyzed by x 2 test.Results (1) The expression of CyclinD1 in malignant tissues was much higher than that in normal and benign ones, with significant statistical difference( P < 0.05 ); (2) A significant correlation existed between overexpression and the lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer.Conclusion CyclinD1 may play a critical role in the development of ovarian cancer; It may be of great value in dignosis and in monitoring metastasis of ovarian cancer.
