| 摘 要： | 本文通过荤食组(高干)与素食组(和尚)各38例的对比分析,发现荤食组的肥胖发生率为55.26％(21/38)。素食组为7.89％(3/38),P<0.005。为了了解肥胖合并症的发病率,我们又将荤食组细分为肥胖组和体重正常组。两组合并症的发病率分别是高血脂66.66％(14/21),23.53％(4/17)。冠心病66.66.(14/21),29.41％(5/17)。胆石症和高血压为61.9％(13/21),17.41(3/17)。糖尿病为38.09(8/21),17.64％(3/17)。脂肪肝14.26％(3/21)。结果表明:肥胖、肥胖合并症的发生率与高脂饮食有显著的正相关系。

| Abstract: | The incidences of the adiposis were investigated in two groups, the meat and the vegetarian diet group. It was found that the disease rate was 55. 26% (21/38) in the meat group and 7. 89% (3/38) in the vegetarian group, respectively. In order to investigate the rate of adiposis complications, the meat diet group was subdivided into two groups, the adiposis group and the normal weight group. It was found that the incidences of high plasmic lipid, coronary heart disease, cholelithiasis, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and fatty liver in the obesity group were 66. 66% ,66. 66% ,61. 90% ,61. 90% ,38. 09% and 14.26% , respectively, but the incidences of these complications in the normal weight group were 23. 53%, 29. 41%, 17. 64%, 17. 64%, 17. 64% and 0%, respectively. The results showed that the incidences of adiposis and its complications were correlative to the amount of fat in the diet. |
