摘    要:目的观察血液磁极化疗法对急性脑梗死患者的血液流变学及运动功能恢复的影响 . 方法 60例脑梗死患者被随机分为 A组 ( 药物组 ) 和 B组 ( 药物 + 血磁组 ) , 比较两组治疗后血液流变学的改变 , 并对脑梗死两组治疗前后 Fugl- Meyer运动功能评分 ( FMA) 进行比较 . 结果治疗前脑梗死两组血液粘度均显著高于正常对照组 , 两组之间无显著性差异 . 治疗后 B组血液粘度较 A组明显下降 , 差异有显著性 . 治疗前脑梗死两组的 FMA评分无显著性差异 , 治疗后 B组运动功能缺损改善明显优于 A组 ( P<0.01) . 结论血液磁极化疗法能改善脑梗死患者血液流变学 , 降低血液粘度 , 促进瘫痪肢体运动功能恢复 .

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of blood magnetotherapy on blood rheology and recovery of motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method 60 patients with ACI were randomly assigned into A group (treated with drugs) and B group (treated with the same drugs and blood magnetotherapy).The changes of blood rheology index and FMA were compared.Result Before treatment , blood viscosity of two groups with ACI were higher than controls, there were no difference between two groups. After treatment,blood viscosity in B group was lower than A group,there were significant difference between two groups.Before treatment, there were no difference between FMA in two groups.After treatment,the recovery of motor function in B group was better than A group(P< 0.01).Conclusion Blood magnetotherepy can improve blood rheology and recovery of motor function for ACI patients.
