| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨非小细胞肺癌组织中Survivin蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法检测30例肺癌及相应的癌旁组织中Survivin蛋白的表达。结果：在肺癌和相应的癌旁组织中Survivin蛋白在癌旁组织中未见阳性表达，在肺癌组织中表达的阳性率为76．7％（23／30），其阳性率高低与性别、年龄、吸烟与否、肿瘤大小、组织类型、组织学分级、淋巴结转移、TNM分期均无关。结论：Survivin基因的异常表达可能对肺癌的发生和发展起重要作用，它们可能为肺癌的早期诊断和基因治疗提供新的靶点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To invegtigate the expression of survivin in non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship to clinicopathological features.Methods: The expression of survivin was detected by immunohistochemical SP technique in cancerous tissue and paraneoplastic tissue in 30 cases of lung cancer.Results: The positive rate of expression of survivin was 76.7% in lung cancer,O in Paraneoplastic tissue.The positive expression of survivin in lung cancer was not related to sex,age,Smoking,size of tumor,typing and grading,lymphnode metastasis and TNM stages.Conclusion: The abnormal expressed survivin gene may play an important role in the genesis and development of lung cancer and offer new target to early digsnosis and gene therapy. |
