疏肝健脾益肾方治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床研究

目的 :探讨疏肝健脾益肾方治疗慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)临床疗效。方法 :将90例CFS患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组给予盐酸帕罗西汀片,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予疏肝健脾益肾方口服。两组均治疗8周后,比较两组治疗前后主要症状(记忆力减退、失眠抑郁、紧张焦虑评分)和FS-14疲劳量表评分,两组治疗前后血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平,以及两组总有效率。结果:治疗后治疗组主要症状(记忆力减退、失眠抑郁、紧张焦虑评分)和FS-14量表评分均低于对照组(P0.01),血清IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ水平均低于对照组(P0.01),总有效率高于对照组(P0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:在西药治疗基础上应用疏肝健脾益肾方可有效缓解临床症状,改善疲劳程度,提高临床疗效,机制可能与调节细胞因子水平有关。

Clinical Study of Shugan Jianpi Yishen Formula treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jianpi Yishen formula on chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS). Methods:There were 90 patients with CFS divided into 2 groups according to the digital random table method,45 cases in each group. The control group were given paroxetine hydrochloride(one time a day,20 mg every time);the treatment group were given Shugan Jianpi Yishen formula orally besides the treatment in the control group. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The main symptoms of memory loss,insomnia,depression,nervous anxiety score and FS-14 fatigue rating scale before and after treatment of the two groups were compared,serum interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)level before and after treatment of the two groups were compared,and the total effective rate was compared.Results:The main symptoms of memory loss,insomnia,depression,nervous anxiety scores and FS-14 rating scale after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),the level of serum IL-6,TNF-α and IFN-γ were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical difference. Conclusion:In the treatment of CFS,Shugan Jianpi Yishen formula in combination with western medicine can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and the level of fatigue,and improve the clinical curative effect. The mechanism may be adjusting the ganglion levels of cytokines.
