黑地黄丸对5/6肾切除大鼠肾衰竭模型血清脂联素含量的影响

目的 :观察古方黑地黄丸对5/6肾切除肾衰竭大鼠血清脂联素含量的影响,探讨其对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)微炎症状态的调控机制以及寻求该方最佳配比。方法:50只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组及黑地黄丸高、中、低剂量组,共计5组,正常组除外,其他各组大鼠建立肾衰竭模型,连续12周给药后测定大鼠血清脂联素含量变化。结果:与模型组比较,黑地黄丸各剂量组均可降低大鼠血清脂联素含量,其中黑地黄丸高(P<0.01)、中(P<0.05)剂量组能显著降低脂联素含量水平。结论:黑地黄丸能有效降低肾衰竭大鼠血清脂联素水平,且高剂量组疗效好,其对"微炎症状态"的调控作用可能与影响炎性蛋白脂联素相关。

Effects of Heidihuang Pills on Serum Adiponectin Levels in Renal Failure Rats with5/6 Renal Resection

Objective:To explore theregulation mechanism of micro- inflammation state in chronic renal failure(CRF) and to seek the best ratio by observing the effects of Heidihuang pills on serum adiponectin levels in the renal failure rats with 5/6 renal resection. Methods:Total 50 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group and Heidihuang pills groups of high,medium and low dosages,a total of 5groups.Renal failurerat models were established except for the normal group. Serum adiponectin levels were determined after continuous administration for 12 weeks. Results:Compared with the model group,all the groups of Heidihuang pills in different dosages could reduce the serum adiponectin levels,including high dosage group of Heidihuangpills(P< 0.01) and medium dosage group(P< 0.05). Conclusion:Heidihuang pills could effectively reduce the serum adiponectin levelsin renal failure rats,with better curative effect in the high dosage group. The regulation mechanism of micro- inflammation statemight be related to the effect on serum adiponectin.
