清热利湿活血法联合超短波治疗慢性前列腺炎临床观察

目的 :探讨清热利湿活血法联合超短波治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效。方法 :68例CP患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例,对照组以清热利湿活血法联合超短波安慰治疗,观察组以清热利湿活血法联合超短波治疗,10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后进行疗效观察。结果:总有效率观察组91.2%,对照组88.2%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治愈显效率观察组91.2%,对照组44.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:清热利湿活血法治疗CP有效,联合超短波治疗后疗效更为显著。

Clinical Observation on Clearing Heat,Removing Dampness and Promoting Blood Circulation Method Combined with Ultrashort Wave in Treating Chronic Prostatitis

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of clearing heat,removing dampness and promoting blood circulation method combined with ultrashort wave in treating chronic prostatitisl (CP).Methods:A total of68 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with clearing heat,removing dampness and promoting blood circulation method and ultrashort wave comfort therapy.The observation group was treated with clearing heat,removing dampness and promoting blood circulation method combined with ultrashort wave.One treatment course lasted for 10 days and the curative efficacy was obsered after two courses.Results:There were no significant differences between the total effective rate of the observation group (91.2%) and control group(88.2%)(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the curative and effective rate of the observation group (91.2%) and control group (44.1 %)(P <0.01).Conclusion :The clinical effects of clearing heat,removing dampness and promoting blood circulation method in treating CP were obvious,but the effects of the combined treatment was more significant.
