滋肾平眩汤治疗肾阴不足型后循环缺血性眩晕疗效观察

目的 :观察滋肾平眩汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕肾阴不足证的临床疗效。方法 :将100例入选病例采用简单随机对照法分成两组,观察组50例给予口服滋肾平眩汤,对照组给予口服西比灵,均连续服药1个月,观察治疗后眩晕程度、中医证候积分改善情况,以及TCD检查基底动脉及双侧颈动脉的平均血流速度、血黏度改善情况。结果:治疗后观察组眩晕改善情况与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分及脑血流速度、血黏度指标均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾平眩汤治疗肾阴不足型后循环缺血性眩晕能有效改善临床症状,并能显著改善脑血流速度和血黏度,疗效优于西比灵。

Observation of Posterior Circulation Ischemia Vertigo of Kidney Yin Deficiency Treated with Zishen Pingxuan Decoction

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of the Zishen Pingxuan decoction on treating posterior circulation ischemia vertigo of kidney yin deficiency. Methods:One hundred patients were randomly divided into two groups with simple randomized controlled method,with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with the Zishen Pingxuan decoction and the control group were given sibelium. One treatment course lasted for 1 month. Before and after treatment,changes of vertigo severity and traditional Chinese medicine scores were compared,and transcranial Doppler ultrasound was applied to observe the whole blood mucosity and carotid artery blood flow velocity. Results:After the treatment,the standard scoring symptom scores,whole blood mucosity,carotid artery blood flow velocity in two groups were decreased,and the decrease in the observation group were more obvious than the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For posterior circulation ischemia vertigo of kidney yin deficiency,Zishen Pingxuan decoction could improve symptoms,carotid artery blood flow velocity and whole blood mucosity,with better efficacy than sibelium.
