| 防感散香袋预防小儿反复呼吸道感染的临床研究 |

| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨防感散香袋对小儿反复呼吸道感染的预防作用。方法 :采用多中心、随机、平行对照的方法 ,共观察肺脾气虚型反复呼吸道感染患儿384例,香佩组和对照组各192例。观察患儿1年内呼吸道感染次数、发病情况、肺脾气虚中医证候改善情况和唾液SIgA等指标变化。结果:香佩组患儿1年内呼吸道感染次数明显减少(P0.001),呼吸道感染的发病情况和中医肺脾气虚证候情况也有一定改善(P0.05),唾液SIgA含量明显提高(P0.001)。结论:防感散香袋对小儿反复呼吸道感染具有预防作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the effect of Fanggansan sachet for the prevention of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children. Method:A multi-center,randomized and parallel control trial was conducted with384 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections,192 cases in the treatment group and the control group,respectively. The two groups were observed on the numbers of respiratory tract infections in 1year,disease manifestation,improvement of lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome and changes of SIg A in saliva and other indexes. Result:The numbers of respiratory tract infections in 1 year are significantly reduced(P <0.001). Disease manifestation,lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome are improved(P <0.05).SIg A levels in saliva obviously increased(P<0.001). Conclusion :Fanggansan sachet has certain preventive effect on children with recurrent respiratory tract infection. |
