多指标评价下金银花总酚酸提取工艺的优化

摘    要:目的 :筛选提取金银花总酚酸的最佳工艺。方法 :以总酚酸、绿原酸、异绿原酸A为评价指标,结合紫外分光光度和高效液相色谱(HPLC)两种方法测定金银花提取液中总酚酸的含量,通过正交试验对乙醇浓度、提取时间、溶媒用量、提取次数等因素进行考察,确定最佳提取工艺。结果:采用14倍量70%乙醇提取3次,每次1 h,效果最好。结论:采用多指标综合评价法优化的提取工艺结果可靠,有利于金银花提取工艺的规范。

Multi-index Evaluation of Extraction Process of Total Phenolic Acid from Lonicerae japonicae Flos

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extract process of total phenolic acids from lonicerae japonicae flos.Methods:The best extraction conditions were obtained by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and HPLC methods based on the test of total phenolic acids from lonicerae japonicae flos. An orthogonal experiment was conducted by using the total phenolic acids,chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid A as evaluation indices,meanwhile ethanol concentration,extraction time,solvent dosage and extraction times were used as influencing factors in this reflux extraction method. Results:The optimal extracting process was as follows:14 times of70% ethanol solvent consumption,extracting three times per one hour. Conclusion:The optimized extraction process is reliable,which can be applied to control the standardization of the extraction process of lonicerae japonicae flos.
