阴陵泉穴位注射中药改善痔术后尿潴留疗效观察

目的 :通过穴位注射徐长卿注射液改善痔结扎术后尿潴留情况,以寻求一种安全、快捷和有效的方法 ,减轻患者痛苦。方法:采取随机、对照的研究方法,将90例患者分为3组,例数比为1∶1∶1。治疗组:阴陵泉穴位注射徐长卿注射液2 m L,对照1组:阴陵泉穴位注射新斯的明2 m L,对照2组:阴陵泉穴位注射生理盐水2 m L。观察各组患者治疗前后症状改善情况及不良反应。结果:治疗组在总有效率及治疗后症状改善方面均优于两个对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:阴陵泉穴位注射徐长卿可明显改善痔病术后尿潴留,从而减轻术后患者的痛苦。

Clinical Observation of Acupoint Injection of Yinlingqun in Treatment of Urinary Retention after Hemorrhoid Surgery

Objective:To study urinary retention after ligation of hemorrhoid treated with acupoint injecting with Xuchangqing injection,to seek a safe,quick and effective method to reduce postoperative pains. Methods:Ninety patients were ran domly divided into three groups,with equal patients in each group. The treat ment group:Yinlingquan(SP 9) injected 2 m L of Xuchangqing injection. The first controlled group:SP 9 injected 2 m L of neostigmine. The second controlled group:SP 9 injected 2 m L of saline. The changes of symptoms and adverse reactions of the patients before and after treatment were observed. Results:The total effective rate and the improvement of symptoms after treatment in the research group were better than those in other two groups,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:SP 9 injected with Xuchangqing injection could obviously relieve urinary retention after ligation of hemorrhoid and reduce the postoperative pain.
