昆山市羁押人员艾滋病病毒抗体监测及管理模式探讨

目的研究羁押人员艾滋病防控知识掌握情况及艾滋病病毒感染现状,探讨羁押人员预防控制艾滋病的模式。方法采用统一的调查问卷,对羁押在昆山市看守所的羁押人员的HIV防治知识和行为进行调查。并对2005年以来所有新进看守所的羁押人员进行HIV抗体检测。结果自2005年以来昆山市共对羁押人员HIV抗体检测17 115人HIV抗体检出率为0.093%。羁押人员艾滋病防控知识的知晓率为63.96%,其中传播途径的知晓率为84.76%,非传播途径的知晓率为50.09%。其主要通过广播、电视,报刊书籍和互联网上获得性病艾滋病防治知识,渴望通过观看录像、宣传材料和专家讲座来了解性病艾滋病知识。结论昆山市羁押人员艾滋病的感染率较高,艾滋病防控知识知晓率较低。通过健康教育、监测检测、流动人口管理、警务人员健康知识教育以及多部门合作等综合防控措施是预防控制羁押人员感染艾滋病的途径。

Monitoring of antibody to HIV in prisoners and management mode in Kunshan city

Objective To investigate the HIV/AIDS knowledge and infectious status of HIV among the prisoners in of Kunshan city.Methods The HIV/AIDS knowledge and behavior among the Persons under custody in Kunshan were surveyed with unified questionnaire.The HIV antibody level of new detainees since 2005 were monitored.Results The positive rate of HIV in the persons under custody in Kunshan was 0.093%.The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control knowledgee HIV/AIDS knowledge and behavior of the persons under custody in Kunshan were surveyed with unified questionnaire.HIV antibody of the new detainees since 2005 was 63.96% in which the knowing rate of transmission routes of HIV was 84.76% and the knowledge rate of non transmission routes was 50.09%.The mainly routes of obtaining the knowledge for prevention and control of STD and AIDS were through radio,television,newspapers books and on internet.They were eager to get the STD and AIDS knowledge through watching video promotional materials and lectures.Conclusions The infection rate of HIV among the persons under custody in Kunshan was high.The knowledge awareness rate of prevention and control of AIDS was low.Integrated measures including health education,monitoring and testing,the management of floating population and multi sector cooperation are the feasible way for prevention HIV infection among persons under custody.
