Th17细胞和IL-17在慢性荨麻疹患者发病中的作用

目的探讨Th17细胞和白细胞介素（Interleukin,IL）-17在慢性荨麻疹患者发病机制中的作用。方法采用流式细胞仪检测60例慢性荨麻疹患者和30例健康体检者（对照组）外周血Th17细胞的表达,双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测上述研究对象外周血血清IL-17水平,并分析二者相关性。结果慢性荨麻疹患者Th17细胞阳性率和IL-17水平均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,Th17细胞与血清IL-17水平呈正相关（r=0.896,P〈0.05）。结论 Th17细胞和IL-17可能参与了慢性荨麻疹患者的发病过程。

Role of Th17 cell and interleukin-17 in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria

Objective To investigate the roles of Th17 cells and interleukin-17 in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria. Methods Peripheral blood were collected from 60 chronic urticaria patients and 30 normal controls,The expression of Th17 cells were tested with flow Cytometry,and serum level of interleukin-17 was tested with ELISA. The correlation between Th17 and interleukin-17 was analyzed. Results Compared with controls,the positive rate of Thl7 cells and serum level of interleukin-17 were significandy higher in the chronic urticaria patients （P〈0.05）, showing a positive correlation between them （r=0.896,P〈0.05）. Conclusions Both of Thl7 cells and interleukin-17 are involved in the course of chronic urticaria.
