尖锐湿疣复发的影响因素分析

目的分析尖锐湿疣（CA）复发的影响因素,以期为降低尖锐湿疣（CA）的复发率提供科学依据。方法以2009年2月至2012年2月兴城市第二人民医院妇产科门诊108例尖锐湿疣（CA）患者,根据是否复发分成复发组和对照组,采取问卷调查的方式进行研究分析,采用SPSS17.0软件进行单因素χ2检验,并进行Logistic多因素回归分析。结果通过单因素分析,吸烟、饮酒、睡眠时间、免疫力低下、文化程度、安全套使用情况、性伙伴数量等多种情况与尖锐湿疣复发有关（P〈0.05）;将饮酒量、免疫力低下、睡眠时间、文化程度引入Logistic回归方程分析,结果表明饮酒量、免疫力低下均为尖锐湿疣复发危险因素,文化程度和睡眠时间为尖锐湿疣保护因素。结论尖锐湿疣复发的影响因素较多,其中免疫力低下、饮酒量为尖锐湿疣复发的关键性危险因素。

Factors associated with recurrence of condyloma acuminatum

Objective To survey the factors associated with recurrence of condyloma acuminatum （CA） in order to guide the treatment of CA patients and reduce recurrence of CA. Methods Totally 143 CA patients admitted in Obstetrics and gynecology departments in Xincheng Municipal Second Hospital from February 2009 to February 2012 were divided into observation group and control group based on whether recurrence or without recurrence. The factors associated with recurrence were analyzed using SPSS17.0 software, single factor Chi square test and Logistic regression analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed that cigarette smoking, alcohol consumption, and the foreskin length of sleep time, low immunocompotence, education level, condom use, number of sexual partners, and other circumstances were associated with recurrence of CA （P 〈 0.05）; Low immunocompotence and quantity of alcohol consumption, length of sleep time and education level were the high risk factors associated with recurrence of CA by Logistic regression analysis. While Education level and length of sleep time were the protective factors from recurrence of CA. Conclusion Among a number of factor associated with recurrence of CA. low immunocompotence and alcohol consumption are the essential risk factors influencing recurrence of CA.
