| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小骨窗开颅手术治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效和意义。方法采用小骨窗开颅治疗高血压性脑出血70例,术后进行了近期(1月)和远期(6月)的疗效随访,并结合文献分别就手术方法、手术时机、死亡原因和术后康复等问题进行了讨论。结果发病距手术时间平均为31.9h,近期显效率为17.1%,有效率为80.0%,死亡率为18.6%;远期显效率为47.1%,有效率为74.3%,死亡率为7.1%。结论小骨窗开颅治疗高血压性脑出血有良好的效果,术后防治并发症和积极的康复治疗对预后至关重要。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the operational effectiveness and significance for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by small bone window craniotomy. Methods 70 cases with hypertensive Intracerebral hemorrhage was operated by small bone window craniotomy. Postoperational effectiveness of recent period (1 month) and long period (6 month) was followed-up. Rusults In operational effectiveness, marked progress rate of recent period was 17.1%, effective rate 80.0%, death rate was 18.6%; Marked progress rate of long period was 47.1%, effective rate 74.3%, death rate was 7.1%. Conclusions Small bone window craniotomy for treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is an effective method. It is important to prevent and treat complications and active recovered therapy for prognosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. |
