梅州市2007-2012年自愿无偿献血人群HIV抗体阳性情况分析

目的了解梅州市自愿无偿献血人群HIV感染情况，为制定血液安全和管理策略提供科学依据。方法2007—2012年梅州市自愿无偿献血者血液标本HIV筛查采用ELISA试验，HIV抗体初筛可疑标本送梅州市疾病预防控制中心（CDC）使用免疫印迹试验（WB）进行确证，确证阳性者判定为HIV抗体阳性。结果在2007—2012年162896例梅州市自愿无偿献血者中，检出HIV抗体阳性16例，阳性率为9．82／10万，不同年份自愿无偿献血人群HIV抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。HIV抗体阳性者均为男性，以青壮年为主。结论采供血机构要进一步加强实验室质量管理，大力开展大众艾滋病知识普及工作，把输血传播HIV风险降到最低。

An analysis on positive HIV antibody in blood donors in Meizhou during the period of 2007 to 2012

Objective To provide scientific support for the establishment of strategies for blood safety and management by investigating HIV infection in blood donors in Meizhou. Methods The blood samples from blood donors were screened for HIV antibody by ELISA in Meizhou during the period of 2007 to 2012. The suspect samples of primary screening for HIV antibody were sent to Meizhou municipal center for disease control and prevention for further test and HIV antibody was confirmed by Western blot. The confirmed samples were determined as HIV antibody positive. Results Of 162 896 blood donors in Meizhou during the peiod of 2007 to 2012, 16 were positive with HIV antibody, with a positive rate of 9.82/100,000. There were no significant differences in the positive rate of HIV antibody in blood donation population among different years. All the donors with positive HIV antibody were male and most of them were young adults. Conclusions Blood collection agencies should strengthen laboratory quality management, vigorously carry out popularization of knowledge about AIDS, and reduce the risk of spread of HIV by transfusion to the minimum level.
