Analysis of the influence of emergency psychological nursing on the nursing effect of emergency patients

Objective:To evaluate the effect of psychological nursing on improving the nursing effect of emergency patients.Methods:98 cases of emergency patients in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into control group(method:routine nursing)and observation group(method:emergency psychological nursing),with 49 cases in each group.The overall nursing effect of two groups of emergency patients was compared.Results:the systolic blood pressure(125.36±11.52)mmHg,diastolic blood pressure(82.54±4.64)mmHg,heart rate(81.26±5.13)times/min of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance;the SCL-90 scores of the observation group,including anxiety(1.20±0.11),fear(0.91±0.11),depression(0.84±0.11),obsessive-compulsive symptoms(0.84±0.13),were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The treatment compliance of the observation group(97.96%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group(92.45±2.55)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:the application of psychological nursing in emergency patients has significant effect,which can stabilize the blood pressure and heart rate of patients,improve the treatment compliance of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing.
