Application effect of responsibility family interactive nursing mode intervention in puerpera with neonatal birth defects and its influence on postpartum quality of life of puerpera

Objective To analyze the application effect of responsibility family interactive nursing mode intervention in puerpera with neonatal birth defects and its influence on postpartum quality of life of puerpera.Methods A total of 80 puerpera with neonatal birth defects received and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were included as the research objects.According to the different nursing measures,the puerpera were divided into reference group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the observation group adopted the responsibility family interactive nursing mode.The scores of social relationship quality scale(SQRS),quality of living survey scale(SF-36),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)before and at 3 months after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 months after nursing,the scores of SQRS(family intimacy,family commitment or payment,friend relationship)and SF-36(general health,physiological function,role physical,physical pain,vigour of life,social function,emotional function,mental health)of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were significantly higher than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after nursing,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility family interactive nursing mode intervention in puerpera with neonatal birth defects has significant application effect,it can improve the quality of life and mental state of puerpera,and which is worthy of clinical promotion.
