小儿推拿配合口服益生菌治疗儿童功能性便秘的临床效果

目的观察小儿推拿联合口服益生菌治疗儿童功能性便秘(FC)的效果。方法选取来我院就诊的符合诊断标准的90例FC患儿,采用随机分组的方法将患儿分为单纯推拿组、口服益生菌组和联合治疗组,各30例。三组分别施以相应治疗并比较临床效果。结果治疗后,三组Bristol粪便分型积分均有所升高,Wexner便秘评分和便秘症状积分均有所降低(P<0.05);治疗第28天,联合治疗组Bristol粪便分型积分高于单纯推拿组和口服益生菌组,Wexner便秘评分和便秘症状积分低于单纯推拿组和口服益生菌组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于单纯推拿组和口服益生菌组(P<0.05)。结论小儿推拿联合口服益生菌治疗儿童FC的效果优于单纯推拿或口服益生菌组,治疗方法简便,患儿乐于接受。

Clinical effect of infantile massage combined with oral probiotics in the treatment of functional constipation in children

Objective To observe the effect of infantile massage combined with oral probiotics in the treatment of functional constipation(FC)in children.Methods Ninety children with FC who met the diagnostic criteria were selected and divided into simple massage group,oral probiotics group and combined treatment group by random grouping method,with 30 cases in each group.The three groups were given corresponding treatment and the clinical effects were compared.Results After treatment,the Bristol stool classification score of the three groups increased,and the Wexner constipation score and constipation symptom score decreased(P<0.05);on the 28th days of treatment,the Bristol stool classification score of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the simple massage group and the oral probiotics group,and the Wexner constipation score and constipation symptom score were lower than those of the simple massage group and the oral probiotics group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that in the simple massage group and the oral probiotics group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of infantile massage combined with oral probiotics in the treatment of FC in children is better than that of simple massage or oral probiotics group,the treatment method is simple,and children are willing to accept it.
