| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of budesonide nasal spray combined with sinus rinsing on sinusitis.Methods A total of 64 patients with sinusitis were selected in our hospital from April 2019 to January 2020,and an observation group and a control group were selected,32 cases in each.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group used budesonide nasal spray combined with sinus rinsing to compare the clinical effects,complications,and pain of the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.88%,significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and there was statistical significance(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of pain in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of budesonide nasal spray combined with nasal sinus irrigation can improve clinical symptoms,reduce complications,and relieve pain,thereby improving the treatment effect of patients. |
