Evaluation of the Effect of Trimetazidine on Diabetic Heart Failure of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the effect of trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease diabetic heart failure.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,83 patients with coronary heart disease and diabetic heart failure were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.41 patients in the control group received routine treatments such as strong heart hypoglycemia,and 42 patients in the observation group were treated with trimetazidine on the basis of conventional treatment.The treatment effect,cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and other index data before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.62%vs.80.49%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CO and LVEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of trimetazidine in coronary heart disease diabetic heart failure can improve the curative effect,improve the patients's heart function,help protect the heart,and promote disease outcome.
