Abstract:
[Objective]To study the application value of 3 D printing model combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in clinical teaching of pelvicbone tumor for residents of standardized training.[Method]From July 2019 to December 2019,50 residents who participated in the standardized training in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(3 D printing model combined with PBL teaching method)and the control group(traditional teaching method).The test scores and teaching questionnaire scores of the two groups were compared.[Result]Compared with the control group’s scores of theoretical knowledge(34.0±5.9),the test group’s scores(39.0±4.1)were higher(P<0.05).The test group’s case analysis scores(40.2±3.3)were also higher than that of the control group(36.3±4.7)(P<0.05).The test group had higher scores than the control group in stimulating interest in autonomous learning,improving clinical thinking ability,increasing understanding of knowledge,enhancing practical work ability and teacher satisfaction,all with statistically significant differences.[Conclusion]3 D printing model combined with PBL teaching method has achieved good results in the standardized training of pelvicbone tumor clinical teachingand is beneficial to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate clinical thinking for orthopedic residents.
