Clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and common bile duct exploration in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)and laparoscopic common bile duct exploration(LCBDE)in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis.Methods A total of 47 patients with cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis admitted from March 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group(n=23)and observation group(n=24).The control group received LC combined with endoscopic sphincterotomy(EST)treatment,the observation group received LC combined with LCBDE treatment,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,exhaust recovery time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 d after operation,the levels of GAS and MTL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the stone clearance rate between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 d after operation,the levels of E,Cor and NE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LC combined with LCBDE in the treatment of cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis has high stone clearance rate,little impact on gastrointestinal function,and it can reduce the stress response of the body with high safety.
