摘    要:

Abstract:
[Objective]Todetermine whether the application of dexmedetomidine during the perioperative period of meningioma mediate the NSE and interleukin IL-6 level in serum.[Method]Total 64 patients diagnosed with meningiomas were randomly divided into two groups(observation group and control group)with 32 cases in each.Dexmedetomidine hydrochloride was appliedwithin the perioperative period in the observation group,while in controlgroup the same volume of saline was used.Plasma was collected at T1,T2,T3 and T4,and the protein level of NSE and IL-6 were assessed.The alteration of CaO2,Da-jvO2,CEO2 and the side effects were recorded at the time points of T1,T2 and T3.[Result]At T2,T3 and T4 time points,protein concentrations in the serum(NSE and IL-6)were significantly lower when dexmedetomidine was administered(P<0.05).The levels of Da-jvO2 and CEO2 were profoundly downregulated by dexmedetomidine at T2 and T3 time points(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The effectiveness of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride used in the perioperative period among meningioma patients was established by the prevention of the increase of NSE and IL-6 levels and the up-regulation of cerebral oxygen metabolism.It may extend the current clinical application range of dexmedetomidine not only acting as a perioperative and procedural sedative agent but also playing a critical role in the regulation of neural oxidative stress response.
