重复经颅磁刺激在脑卒中偏瘫患者步行功能康复中应用的研究进展

脑卒中已成为导致人类残疾和死亡的主要原因,其发病率逐年上升。目前,脑卒中后患者运动功能的康复方法以物理治疗为主,但效果不佳。重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)是一种新型电生理技术,近年研究表明,rTMS可能通过影响半球间抑制及神经可塑性机制,对脑卒中后患者运动功能的康复有一定疗效。rTMS作为一种新兴的非侵入式和相对安全的治疗方法,对于卒中后偏瘫患者步行功能的改善是有效的。

Research progress on the application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the rehabilitation of walking function in stroke patients with hemiplegia

Stroke has become the main cause of human disability and death,and its incidence is increasing year by year.At present,physical therapy is the main method of rehabilitation for motor function of patients after stroke,but the ef⁃fect is not good.Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)is a new type of electrophysiological technology.Studies have shown that rTMS may have a certain effect on the rehabilitation of motor function in patients with stroke by af⁃fecting the mechanism of interhemispheric inhibition and neural plasticity.As a new non-invasive and relatively safe treat⁃ment,rTMS is effective in improving walking function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
