| 摘 要： | 乳腺梭形细胞癌是乳腺化生性癌的一个亚型,在临床中较为罕见,常常与乳腺良性肿瘤难以鉴别,因此了解乳腺梭形细胞癌的临床及影像学特征,有助于该病患者的早期诊断和及时、有效治疗.本文通过报道1例乳腺梭形细胞癌病例,探讨该病的临床及影像学特征,并进行相关文献复习,总结临床经验,旨在增强临床医师对乳腺梭形细胞癌的认识. |

| Abstract: | Spindle cell carcinoma of the breast is a subtype of metaplastic carcinoma of the breast,which is rare in clinic and difficult to differentiate from benign breast tumors.Therefore,understanding the clinical and imaging features of spindle cell carcinoma of the breast is helpful for early diagnosis and timely and effective treatment of the disease.This paper reports a case of spindle cell carcinoma of the breast,discusses the clinical and imaging features of the disease,and reviews the relevant literature,summarizes the clinical experience,in order to enhance the clinicians'understanding of spindle cell carcinoma of the breast. |
