Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback training combined with electrical stimulation on the pelvic floor function of parturient women.Methods 224 parturients who delivered in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into study group and control group according to their wishes,112 in each group.The control group received pelvic floor function training,and the study group received biofeedback training and electrical stimulation treatment on the basis of the control group.The results of pelvic floor distress inventory(PFDI-20),pelvic floor impact questionnaire-short form 7(PFIQ-7)and urinary incontinence were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the PFDI-20 scores of the study group and the control group were(11.04±3.26)and(13.03±3.52)points respectively,and the PFIQ-7 scores were(12.75±3.25)and(14.01±3.44)points respectively.The PFDI-20 scores and PFIQ-7 scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the indexes of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group(94.64%)was significantly higher than 83.04%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback training combined with electrical stimulation can significantly improve the pelvic floor function and reduce urinary incontinence.
