| Abstract: | [Objective]To investigate the current situation of medication safety behavior of schizophrenics in convalescent period and analyze the influencing factors.[Method]420 schizophrenics in convalescent period were investigated with self-designed questionnaire of general information and safety behavior of medication.[Result]The total score of medication safety behavior was 76.40±14.51 in convalescent schizophrenic patients.The average score of three dimensions was nursing participation(3.64±0.70),appealing participation(3.37±0.64)and decision-making participation(2.91±0.79).Multiple regression analysis showed that the importance of active participation and whether they have received special education were the influencing factors of medication safety behavior of schizophrenics.[Conclusion]In order to improve the medication safety of patients with schizophrenia in convalescence,medical staff should give corresponding intervention and support. |
