Analysis of Labetalol Combined With Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Hypertensive Disorder Complicated Pregnancy

Objective To study the effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy.Methods From January to June 2019,110 cases of hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,and the study group was treated with labetalol on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,24-hour urine protein quantitative level and blood pressure level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.36%,which was higher than that in the control group(78.18%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour urine protein quantitative level,diastolic pressure and systolic pressure level of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicated pregnancy can effectively control the level of blood pressure and improve renal function.
