Effect of optimization of emergency green channel nursing process on improving the effect of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke

Objective To analyze the effect of optimization of emergency green channel nursing process on improving the effect of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with AIS treated by intravenous thrombolysis in the emergency department of our hospital from September 2017 to October 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis.The 60 patients treated from September 2017 to September 2018(implementation of routine emergency green channel nursing)were set as control group,and 60 patients treated from October 2018 to October 2019(implementation of optimization of emergency green channel nursing process)were set as observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment,nursing satisfaction and excellent prognosis rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time from consultation to CT examination,time for laboratory test results,DNT of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimization of emergency green channel nursing process can significantly improve the efficiency of AIS intravenous thrombolysis treatment,shorten the emergency waiting time,and has a high nursing satisfaction and good prognosis rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
