Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on the Rehabilitation of Patients With Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,140 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by minimally invasive percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy in our hospital were selected.According to the random method they were divided into rehabilitation group and control group,70 cases in each group.After the operation,the control group was given routine care,and the rehabilitation group were given the targeted rehabilitation care.The Japanese orthopaedic association scores(JOA)scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The JOA scores of the rehabilitation group were higher than those of the control group at 3 and 6 months after operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of rehabilitation group was 95.71%,which was higher than 82.86%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative rehabilitation nursing for patients with lumbar disc protrusion can ensure the best rehabilitation effect,restore limb function,promote the harmonious development of nurse-patient relationship,and greatly improve nursing satisfaction.
