Effects of predictive nursing intervention on adverse events and nursing satisfaction of orthopedic trauma patients

Objective To observe the effects of predictive nursing intervention on adverse events and nursing satisfaction of orthopedic trauma patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with orthopedic trauma admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(50 cases,predictive nursing intervention).The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in ESCA and STAI scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,ESCA scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,STAI scores were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The predictive nursing intervention applied in orthopedic trauma patients can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve patients'nursing satisfaction,self-care ability and psychological state.
