Effects of Niaoduqing granules on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in maintenance hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal failure

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of Niaoduqing granules on calcium and phosphorus metabolism in maintenance hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal failure.Methods The basic data of 100 patients with end-stage renal failure who received treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into control group and study group by different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with maintenance hemodialysis+routine treatment,and the study group was treated with maintenance hemodialysis+routine treatment+Niaoduqing granules.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 88.00%,which was higher than 68.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while serum calcium level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the creatinine clearance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Niaoduqing granules has positive effects on calcium and phosphorus metabolism and renal function in maintenance hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal failure.
