Effects of intensive nursing intervention based on nursing procedure on the clinical symptoms of children with pneumonia and mastery degree of disease knowledge of parents

Objective To explore the effects of intensive nursing intervention based on nursing procedure on the clinical symptoms of children with pneumonia and mastery degree of disease knowledge of parents.Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given intensive nursing intervention based on nursing procedure on the basis of the control group.The improvement time of clinical symptoms,the pulmonary function indexes and the mastery degree of disease knowledge of parents were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of wheezing,coughing,wheezing sound and fever in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the PEF,FRC and FEF25%in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of mastery degree of disease knowledge of parents in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intensive nursing intervention based on nursing procedure is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms and pulmonary function indexes of children with pneumonia,and improve the mastery degree of disease knowledge of parents.
