| 摘 要： | 目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞联合甲氨蝶呤(MTX)在剖宫产后子宫瘢痕妊娠(CSP)治疗中的应用价值。方法 9例CSP患者予以选择性子宫动脉栓塞联合MTX治疗,1周内行B超监测下清宫术。结果 9例CSP患者均B超监测下清宫术成功,未出现严重并发症。结论子宫动脉栓塞联合MTX治疗后,B超监测下清宫术是目前治疗剖宫产后CSP的有效措施,是一种可供选择的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the applicative value of uterine arterial embolization（UAE）combined with methotrexate（MTX） in treating cesarean scar pregnancy（CSP）.Methods The medical records of 9 patients with cesarean scar pregnancy admitted in Shanghai Tongji Hospital from October 2011 to May 2012 were analyzed.The patients were treated by elective UAE plus methotrexate and underwent uterine curettage by ultrasound within 7 d.Results All 9 cases were performed successfully uterine curettage without serious complications.Conclusion After UAE and MTX pretreatment,uterine curettage by ultrasound is regarded as the effective management to treat CSP and an alternative method. |
