| 摘 要： | 本文报告以异环磷酰胺为主联合化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌28例，总有效率为35．7％。中位生存时间5月。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制和脱发，发生率分别为100％和92．7％。其他毒副反应为肝功能损害和消化道反应，发生率分别为28．6％和28．6％。 |

| Abstract: | Department of Medical oncology, Jiangsu Tumor Hospital, Nanjing 210009 From 1993 to 1995,28 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were treated with ifosfamide together with other drugs. At least two courses of treatment were given to each patient.The overallresponse rate was 25 .7%. Medium survival time is 5 months. The major toxic side effects were myolosuppression and alopecia with the occurrence rate of 100% and 92. 7%, repectively. The occurrence rate ofhepatic toxicity and vomiting is 28.6% and 28.6%,respectively. |
