| 吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的分析吸入性糖皮质激素治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择我院70例COPD患者,对照组采用祛痰、吸入舒喘灵等常规治疗措施,观察组加用吸入糖皮质激素布地奈德,疗程均为半年。结果治疗后,两组患者各指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组不良反应轻微。结论长期应用吸入糖皮质激素治疗稳定期COPD疗效明显且安全可靠,值得临床广泛推广和应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of inhaled glucocorticoids for treatment of stable COPD.Methods 35 patients of observed group were treated with inhaled glucocorticoids,35 patients of control group were treated with conventional treatment measures.Results After treatment,the differences of various indicators for two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05),and adverse reactions are mild for observed group.Conclusion Inhaled glucocorticoid for COPD is reliable,effective and safe. |
