住院患者压疮漏报原因分析及对策

目的:探讨医院压疮漏报原因,提出防范措施,降低漏报率。方法:统计分析我院2009年1月～2009年9月期间住院患者压疮上报情况,压疮上报分布的科室和分布的月份。结果:全院仅有50%的临床科室上报压疮,且同类科室上报压疮数相差很大;9个月压疮上报率与医院压疮管理有直接关系,压疮在我院存在漏报现象。结论:建议建立非惩罚性的患者安全、护理人员安全的护理不良事件上报系统,提高压疮的上报率。

Reasons and countermeasures for failure to report pressure ulcer cases

Objective： To investigate the reasons for failure to report pressure ulcer cases in order to find countermeasures. Methods： Data of reported pressure uncle cases during January 2009 and September 2009 were statistically analyzed including the case distribution of departments and time. Results. Only 50% of the clinical departments in our hospital have reported pressure ulcer cases and the reported case number of similar departments varied widely indicating there were more cases failed to be reported. Besides, the reporting rate was directly related with the pressure ulcer case management. Conclusion： It is recommended to establish an adverse nursing event reporting system regarding to the safety of patients and nursing workers in order to improve the current status.
