Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of nicorandil on cardiac function and myocardial microcirculation in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:80 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in Nanyang First People's Hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given aspirin and clopidogrel before and after PCI,and the observation group was injected with nicorandil in the coronary artery on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function[left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]and myocardial microcirculation were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of postoperative cardiovascular adverse events was recorded.Results:After operation,the level of LVESD and LVEDD in the two groups was significantly lower than that before operation(P<0.05).LVEF level was significantly higher than that before operation in the same group(P<0.05).After operation,LVESD and LVEDD levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and LVEF levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of myocardial microcirculation in the two groups were significantly lower than before operation,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(12.50%vs 32.50,P<0.05).Conclusion:Nicorandil can effectively improve cardiac function and myocardial microcirculation in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative cardiovascular adverse events.
