Clinical effect of interval iron supplementation in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of interval iron supplementation in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia.Methods A total of 80 patients with iron deficiency anemia were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with continuous iron supplementation,and the observation group was treated with interval iron supplementation.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 12.50%,which was lower than 35.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interval iron supplementation has affirmative effect on patients with iron deficiency anemia,and it can reduce the adverse reactions,and it is worthy of promotion.
