| 摘 要： | 目的 分析有特殊病史的脂肪栓塞综合征患者的诊断方法，明确诊断治疗的重点，以最大限度减少误诊误治。方法19例脂肪栓塞综合征患者中6例有明确特殊病史的诊断和治疗体会，分析理解家属思维模式，找出最佳诊断治疗方法。结果常规预防治疗后，19例脂肪栓塞综合征患者1例死亡，其余均康复。结论患特殊病史的脂肪栓塞综合征患者有常规排除误诊的思路，骨折经过常规预防治疗。脂肪栓塞综合征患者予合理的综合治疗，疗效满意。
