Roux-en-Y胃转流术治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床指标分析

目的对Roux-en-Y转流术治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床指标进行分析与研究。方法选取在作者医院接受治疗的73例2型糖尿病患者,对其进行Roux-en-Y胃转流术（laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass,RYGB）治疗,对比分析患者在手术期间以及手术后相应时间内的实验室检查结果与体质量指数（body mass index,BMI）等的变化。结果手术后12个月患者的尿微量白蛋白含量（10.4±6.8）mg/（g·Cr）明显低于手术期患者的尿微量白蛋白含量（57.3±18.6）mg/（g·Cr）,同时,手术后12个月患者的BMI、空腹血糖（fasting blood glucose,FBG）、糖化血红蛋白（glycosylated hemoglobin Alc,HbAlc）含量分别为（24.38±1.98）kg/m2、（5.65±1.57）mmol/L、（6.01±1.45）%,明显低于手术期患者,差别均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胃大部切除术治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果显著,可明显恢复患者的临床指标,可以在临床上广泛应用。

Clinical Indiactors for Subtotal Gastrectomy in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To analyze and study the clinical indicators of subtotal gastrectomy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods A total of 73 patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were studied and accepted subtotal gastrectomy. Examination results and changes of body mass index（BMI） of patients during and after operation were comparatively analyzed. Results Urine albumen of patients after 12 months of treatment was（10. 4 ± 6. 8）mg /（g·Cr）,which was significantly lower than patients during operation [（57. 3 ± 18. 6） mg /（ g·Cr）],and BMI,fasting plasma glucose（ FPG）,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbAlc）of patients after 12 months of treatment were（24.38 ±1.98）kg/m2,（5. 65 ±1. 57）mmol/L,（6. 01 ±1. 45）%,which were significantly lower than patients during operation（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Efficacy of subtotal gastrectomy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes is significant,which can improve the clinical indicators of patients significantly and could be widely applied in clinic.
