正力抗癌冲剂对抗化疗毒副反应的临床观察

对正力抗癌冲剂对抗化疗毒副反应的临床疗效进行了观察 ,结果表明 ,在化疗的基础上加服正力抗癌冲剂 (治疗组 )对消化道及全身反应较单纯化疗 (对照组 )发生例数明显减少 (P <0 0 1) ;因化疗出现骨髓抑制而致白细胞下降的例数亦明显少于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;免疫功能治疗组化疗后虽较化疗前略有降低 ,但治疗前后比较无差异性 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而对照组则化疗后免疫功能明显下降 (P <0 0 1)。说明正力抗癌冲剂有较好的改善消化道及全身反应的作用 ;对骨髓造血功能及机体免疫功能亦有较好的保护作用

Clinical Observation of Zhengli Anti-carcinoma Instant Granule against the Toxic-side Effect of Chemotherapy

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zhengli anti carcinoma instant granule against toxic side effect of chemotherapy. Methods :On the basis of chemotherapy,the treated group took Zhengli anti carcinoma instant granule,one packet each time(10gram),tid.The control group only received chemotherapy. Results :The cases of digestive tract and total body reaction to chemotherapy among the treated group were obviously lower than that of the control group after treatment( P <0 01);the cases of leukopenia due to bone marrow depression were also significantly lower than the control group( P <0 05);the immunologic function after treatment was little lower than before,but there was no difference( P >0 05).However,the immunologic function of control group greatly decreased( P <0 01). Conclusion :The Zhengli anti carcinoma instant granule can effectively improve the digestive tract and total body reaction to chemotherapy and protect the medullary hematopoietic function and immunologic function.
