摘    要:目的:对全国不同居群半夏进行初步的质量评价,为充分利用和开发半夏资源提供科学依据。方法:收集不同居群的半夏品种,以其有效成分(核苷类成分)含量为评价指标,进行品种质量评价,以遴选出优良半夏品种。总核苷类成分含量(以鸟苷计)采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定。结果:不同居群半夏药材的总核苷类成分存在显著性差异,江苏泰半夏的核苷类成分含量显著高于其他居群。结论:我国半夏种质参差不齐,要培育出优质半夏,需要通过各种人工方法对品质优良的半夏进行品种选育。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the quality of Rhizoma pinelliae from different populations and provide the scientific basis for using and exploiting resources of Rhizoma pinelliae fully.Methods: To collect Rhizoma pinelliae from different populations,chose their active ingredient(nucleotide composition) content as the indicators for the quality evaluation,selected the excellent breed from them.Furthermore,adopt the method of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) for the content of the nucleotide composition(with guanosine) measurement.Results: The content of nucleotide composition from different populations were significantly different.Rhizoma pinelliae from Taizhou city was much higher than other populations on the content of nucleotide composition.Conclusion: In our country,the quality of Rhizoma pinelliae from different populations is varied.In order to produce high-quality Rhizoma pinelliae,it′s necessary to create the breed of Rhizoma pinelliae which gathers various advantages through some artificial methods.
