| 摘 要： | 目的建立稳定的大鼠离体肝切除联合自体肝移植模型。方法采用门静脉、肝后下腔静脉单线连续缝合法、胆管支架重建法及无损伤切肝法等技术,建立SD大鼠的离体肝切除联合自体肝移植模型。结果大鼠无肝期(20.14±1.53)min。60例SD大鼠术后成活率91.7%,1周以上存活率80%。结论大鼠离体肝切除联合自体肝移植模型,成活率高,重复性好,可作为离体肝切除联合自体肝移植有关实验研究的可靠、稳定的动物模型。
