| 摘 要： | [目的]考察金匮肾气丸对中老年男性原发性高尿酸血症血尿酸及性激素的影响。[方法]将60例患者随机分为2组各30例。对照组用别嘌呤醇治疗;治疗组加用金匮肾气丸。[结果]两组治疗后性激素水平及比值、血尿酸值比较,差异有显著性意义。[结论]温补肾阳对中老年男性原发性高尿酸血症血尿酸及性激素均有调节作用,性激素水平的平衡可能有降低高尿酸血症血尿酸的作用。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the effect of Jingui Shenqi Pill on serum uric acid and sex hormone levels in middle-aged men patients with primary hyperuricemia. [Methods] Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups(30 patients).The patients of control group were treated with allopurinol and those of treatment group were treated with Jingui Shenqi Pill. [Results] After treatment,there was an obvious significant difference in the hormone levels and the ratio of uric acid. [Conclusion] The method of warming kidney-yang has a regulation effect on serum uric acid and sex hormone levels in middle-aged men patients with primary hyperuricemia,the sex hormone balance may reduce serum uric acid in the hyperuricacidemia. |
